Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Experience in major manufactures in the ICT, Data Center Industries, engineering or technology industries is advantage
- At least 2 years of experience as Procurement / Purchasing
- Good knowledge about purchasing processes, local and international trade and commerce rules and best practices
- Experience working with IT distributors, vendor and system integrators is preferred
- Experience in procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiation
- Proficienct in Microsoft Excel and procurement reporting
- Proficient in Mandarin, both written and spoken
Job Description:
- Source and evaluate suppliers, vendors, and service providers
- Request quotations and negotiate prices, terms, and contracts
- Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and ensure timely procurement processes
- Monitor delivery schedules and follow up with suppliers regarding order status
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements
- Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and contract documentation
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures
- Analyze purchasing costs and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Resolve issues related to product quality, delivery delays, and supplier performance
