Deskripsi pekerjaan Procurement Project PT. Indo Utama Services

Mengelola end-to-end procurement proyek HVAC, mulai dari PR, sourcing, RFQ, evaluasi teknis & komersial, negosiasi, hingga penerbitan PO
Melakukan sourcing dan vendor selection untuk equipment, material, dan jasa HVAC sesuai spesifikasi teknis, budget, dan kebutuhan proyek.
Berkoordinasi dengan Engineering, Project/Site, Sales Cyclus, dan User untuk memastikan procurement sesuai BOQ, project schedule, dan material requirement.
Melakukan commercial evaluation dan negotiation terkait harga, payment term, lead time, delivery, warranty, dan ketentuan komersial lainnya.
Memantau procurement progress, manufacturing, expediting, delivery, dan material availability untuk mendukung pencapaian target proyek.
Mengidentifikasi dan memitigasi procurement risk, khususnya terkait keterlambatan material, vendor performance, price fluctuation, dan supply availability.
Mengontrol actual procurement terhadap budget/master plan serta memastikan kelengkapan dokumen procurement dan compliance terhadap SOP perusahaan.
Menyusun procurement status report dan progress pengadaan sebagai dasar monitoring proyek dan pengambilan keputusan manajemen.
