Weโre currently partnering with our client, a multinational global consulting company, to find a detail-oriented, driven Procurement Operations Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will execute standard procurement transactions accurately and on time within SAP ECC, supporting compliant operations and stable service delivery.
Depending on your strengths, you will sit within one of two critical divisions: RTP / PO Management (focusing on structured purchase requisition validation and compliance) or Spot Buy (handling fast-paced, urgent, and non-contracted purchasing needs).
๐ผ Key Responsibilities:
- Transaction Processing: Validate purchase requisitions for completeness, process RFQs/quote collections, and accurately create/maintain purchase orders (POs) in SAP ECC (including vendor, pricing, quantities, delivery dates, and account assignments).
- Operational Support: Liaise closely with internal requestors and external suppliers to track order statuses, obtain delivery confirmations, and actively resolve PO-related queries, GR/IR mismatches, or invoice rejections.
- Process Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities strict follow corporate policies, approval workflows, and sourcing rules while maintaining a flawless documentation audit trail in SAP.
- Controls & Quality: Execute assigned quality checks, monitor control activities, and ensure strict adherence to SLA timelines and accuracy standards.
- Continuous Learning: Build deep functional knowledge of RTP and spot buy processes, participate in SOP reviews, and escalate complex cases or delivery risks when necessary.
๐ผ What We Are Looking For
Education & Experience:
- Experience: 1โ3 years of hands-on experience in procurement operations, transactional purchasing, or administrative buying roles.
- Education: Bachelorโs degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Core Skills & System Expertise:
- System Knowledge: Working knowledge of SAP ECC procurement transactions is required.
- Execution: Strong attention to detail, structured execution discipline, and an ability to thrive in fast-paced, urgent environments.
- Mindset: A strong willingness to learn procurement sourcing, compliance concepts, and defined process flows.
- Soft Skills: Effective communication, time management, and collaborative problem-solving skills.
