Deskripsi pekerjaan PROCUREMENT OFFICER PT Indonesia Defence Services
- Responsible for price quotation, launch and execute tenders for materials and services procurement with approved supplier list.
- Lead the supplier selection procedures in close cooperation with internal stakeholders.
- Assist in internal audits, audit review findings/lapses and propose changes for continuous improvements to department.
- Comply with procurement policies and procedures to drive continuous process improvement and achieve optimal operating efficiency and ensure compliance
- Ensure compliance of all procurement terms and conditions as per company policy and quality requirements.
- Build good rapport with suppliers, price negotiation with them and monitor their product quality and timely delivery.
- Provide detailed progress reports (including warranty claims) to internal stakeholders for each procurement project.
- Ensure that procurement for projects is carried out as per MRS.
- Regularly monitor and communicate delivery/purchase order status on all orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Process purchase orders within 24 hours upon receipt of approval and subsequently deliver to vendor within 24 hours.
- Liaise with vendors on shipment and invoice discrepancies with 48 hours.
- Perform inspection checks on delivery upon material received as per company regulations and PO specification.
- To constantly check with Production/Engineering department on the availability of required spares
- Be responsible for the warranty claim process and liaise with principals to process the claims, monitor the status of warranty claim until completion.
- ·All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
