Deskripsi pekerjaan Procurement Officer Jejak Logistik Nusantara
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years in procurement, preferably in the shipping or marine offshore industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- Familiarity with maritime procurement, vendor management, and inventory control
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Willing to visit the field when required
- Placement: Surabaya/Jakarta, prefer to domicile in Surabaya
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for vessel spare parts, and equipment
- Process purchase requests and ensure track deliveries
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with crew to ensure vessel requirements are met
- Manage procurement documentation
