Procurement officer (with back ground of Law)

About the role

As a Procurement Staff at PT Berkat Sumber Rizki, you will play a crucial role in managing the procurement process for the company. This full-time position is based in Kemayoran - North Jakarta and you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services to support the company's operations.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborate with internal departments to identify procurement needs and develop sourcing strategies
• Research and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships
• Drafting and reviewing a contract of a Vendor
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations
• Maintain detailed records of procurement activities and generate reports as required
• Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate the delivery of purchased items
• Continuously seek ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the procurement process

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree from a reputable University any major (Preferable in Law Major)
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role, preferably in the general trading, heavy equipment, transport, or logistics industry
• Have experience in Legal is a Plus
• Know how to draft and review contract of a Vendor
• Good communication skills in English as well in Bahasa Indonesia
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficient in using procurement software and Microsoft Office suite
• Thorough understanding of importation, procurement policies, procedures, and best practices
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
