Deskripsi pekerjaan Procurement Officer (Marketing, Event & Merchandise) PT. AKASHA WIRA INTERNATIONAL,Tbk.
Responsibilities :
- Sourcing suppliers of goods and services
- Negotiate terms with suppliers such as price, quality of goods, deadlines, expectations, etc.
- Liaise with suppliers and project managers regarding updates and details of goods
- Create purchase orders
- Aware of ERP system
- Monitor delivery of goods
- Work closely with the projects team to understand details or procurement requirements
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, all major
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Experience in Procurement / Purchasing Role - direct/indirect Procurement
- Experience in marketing service ( sourcing for printing, merchandise, Branding, POSM, Electronic Hair Tools) will be advantage
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
