Job Description:
• Execute procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals, focusing on optimizing cost, quality, and supplier relationships for direct materials and services
• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, price, delivery, and reliability criteria
• Lead the sourcing process for direct materials and services, supplier negotiations to secure favourable terms, pricing, and service levels
• Review, compare, analyse, and approve products and services to be purchased
• Help manage vendor database, maintain accurate purchasing and pricing records
• Maintain and update supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement in product/service quality
Job Qualification:
• Preferred bachelor's degree in any major from a reputable university
• At least 2 years of experience in Procurement
• Excellent communication skills, including networking, relationship-building, and negotiations
• Experience an Event Organizer will be an advantage
- Open to a 1-year contract
