Job Description:
Sourcing and Vendor Management :
- Source new vendors and assess vendor capabilities, pricing, and reliability.
- Evaluate quotations from vendors and select best vendors based on their pricing and quality.
- Maintain good relationships with vendors.
Procurement Process Management :
- Monitor and track procurement requests from initiation to completion.
- Follow up with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure timely processing and delivery of requested items or services.
- Maintain records and documentation of all procurement requests and approvals.
Vendor Relationships and Quality Assurance :
- Maintain good relationships with vendors with regular communication and visitation.
- Able to make sure best quality from vendor and get good vendor satisfaction from internal stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in procurement, contract management, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of procurement laws and regulations is a plus.
