Job Description
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to support business and operational needs.
- Manage sourcing, vendor selection, contract negotiation, and procurement activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and strategic suppliers.
- Ensure cost-effective and timely procurement processes.
- Monitor vendor performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Lead and develop the Procurement team.
- Prepare procurement reports and provide recommendations to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement/Purchasing.
- Proven experience in leading a team.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good understanding of procurement, purchasing, and vendor management.
- Able to work strategically and operationally.
- Willing to be based in Tangerang.
