RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Audit outlets on receiving processes when required.
• Coordinate purchasing activities and services based on company’s needs.
• Monitor process and supplier performance and resolve issues with suppliers.
• Negotiate best price for goods and services without comprising quality.
• To source for new/ alternate supply on products & services.
• Communicate and maintain good relationship with suppliers & colleagues at all level.
• Assist in daily Outlet’s operations.
• Assist in managing purchasing information, systems, and services.
• Assist in monitoring and managing quality assurance systems.
• Assist on ad-hoc project/ assignments.
QUALIFICATIONS :
• Minimum Diploma in Materials / Purchasing Management with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
• A team player who can also work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• A positive work attitude and willingness to learn and contribute.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferably with SAP experience (will be an added advantage).
• Can speak & writing in English
