What You'll Do :
- Sourcing, contacting, and identifying potential suppliers and vendors
- Collect quotations and compare pricing, lead times, and product specifications.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) based on procurement requests.
- Follow up with vendors regarding order status and delivery schedules.
- Maintain procurement records and vendor databases.
- Support payment documentation and coordinate with the Finance team.
- Collaborate with the PPIC, Production, Warehouse, and Finance teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.
Requirement :
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Good communication and negotiation skills and able to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Interest in procurement, supply chain, or operations is a plus.
- Can join ASAP in BSD area
