Procurement Intern

Reseponsibilities:

Vendor Sourcing: Assist with searching (sourcing), gathering company profiles, and conducting initial screening of prospective vendors.
Research & Price Comparison: Collect data on price comparisons, product specifications, and market trends to support purchasing analysis.
Purchasing Process: Prepare drafts for Purchase Orders (PO) and Payment Requests.
Vendor Communication: Contact vendors to coordinate required documentation, price quotations, and delivery status.
Accommodation & Travel Logistics: Assist in searching for and booking accommodation as well as transportation tickets for company activities.

Requirements:

Final-year university student or fresh graduate from any major
Confident in using Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Detail-oriented, honest, proactive, and equipped with strong communication skills.

Location: Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat

Stipend: Rp 75.000/day

YCAB aims to vitalize underprivileged youths to become self-reliant through economic empowerment and education, bringing them from mere subsistence to sustainable livelihood. YCAB believes in the power of education to improve welfare. To date, YCAB has brought impact five millions underprivileged youths and hundreds of thousands of low income families.

YCAB is now exploring ways to implement the last link in its change model, that is, to create a sustainable system whereby students who graduate and become entrepreneurs or employed can pay it forward. They do this by giving back or investing in capital market products to help grow and scale YCAB’s mission-driven microfinance so that YCAB can empower even more youths to take control of their own destiny.
