Deskripsi pekerjaan Procurement Intern PT. Titian Servis Indonesia

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate majoring in Supply Chain, Logistic, Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Previous internship experience in Procurement / Purchasing is a plus.
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Communicative, proactive, and able to work in a team.
  • Good coordination and negotiation skills with vendors.
  • Willing to work onsite (HO - Cilandak) as per company policy.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in processing and tracking Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Support the procurement team in sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, and comparing pricing.
  • Help maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and documentation.
  • Communicate with internal departments to clarify purchasing needs and requirements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to follow up on deliveries, invoices, and payment status.
  • Participate in procurement data analysis (administrative tasks) and reporting.
