2. Experience
- 5-8 years of procurement/purchasing experience.
- 2–4 years in a managerial or department head role.
- Experience handling strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiations.
3. Technical Competencies
- Procurement strategy development
- Cost reduction and cost avoidance programs
- Supplier relationship management (SRM)
- Contract management
- Tendering and bidding processes
- Risk management
- Spend analysis
- Inventory and supply chain understanding
4. Systems Knowledge
ERP systems such as:
- SAP
- Oracle
Advanced Excel and procurement analytics.
5. Leadership Skills
- Team management and coaching
- Stakeholder management
- Cross-functional collaboration

6. Language Requirements
- Fluent English is mandatory
