Job Description:
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Check quality of purchased products.
- Enter order details (vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
- Label and updated records all assets.
- Performing management and maintenance of buildings, work environment.
- Make good relationship with building management.
- Organize and ensure of all office operational needs such as taking care of the facility management and maintenance, office supplies.
- Any other relevant responsibilities, as requested by Human Resources Manager.
Requirement:
- At least 1 - 2 year(s) proven work experience as a Procurement & GA Admin & similar role.
- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors).
- Comprehensive understanding of contract preparation and review, billing, and negotiation terms.
- Understanding of supply chain procedures.
- Excellent report-writing abilities and Microsoft Office competency.
- Possesses good communication abilities as well as analytical and planning abilities.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Proactive and capable of working with others.
- S1 degree in any field.
- Good english speaking.
Working Conditions:
- Willing to working on Jakarta Office
- Employment agreement status is Permanent Worker.
