Job Description :
- Handle procurement activities, including vendor sourcing, negotiation, quotation analysis, and purchase order processing.
- Process reimbursements and payment vouchers, and coordinate payments through completion, including tax documentation.
- Manage procurement and commercial documents, including purchase orders (PO), invoices, contracts, BAST, and delivery notes.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely delivery and payment compliance.
- Prepare procurement and payment reports for management review
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other related fields.
- Female candidates are preferred.
- Prior experience in procurement, reimbursement, payment processing, and document handling will be an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data processing, and reporting).
