Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 year experience as a Procurement Staff/Admin
- Minimum dimploma degree in any major
- Preferably have experience in working at Marine Company or Oil & Gas
- Knowledge, skills, attitude: Attention to details, neat,
- Able to work in a team, agile,
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications, fluent in English
- Willing to work in Rasuna Said, Kuningan
Responsibilities
- Register the PO number and input the description in the PO in the PO Summary spreadsheet
- Make a PO after getting price approval
- Send copies of approved POs to vendors or confirm orders
- Coordinate with finance & accounting in payment issues with vendors
- Record all POs and arrange them into the odner according to the name of the ship
