Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or other related majors.
- At least 3 years of experience as Process Engineer.
- Experience on process simulation and manufacturing systems improvements such as PFMEA, and PDCA.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skill.
- Understand product structure diagram (electronic analysis ability is preferred).
- Proficient in Ms. Office and other operating software.
- Fluent in English is a Must (Mandarin will be plus point).
- Willing to be placed at Cikarang, West Java.
Job Description:
- Product design rationality assessment, production operability assessment, PFMEA, and process development.
- New product introduction, collect trial production problems and solutions, output trial production summary report, and follow up the progress of trial production problems.
- Handle anomalies during mass production, process failure analysis, propose temporary or long-term countermeasures, propose rework plans and evaluate rework hours.
- Assist customer service to deal with relevant customer complaints, and promote the improvement of relevant responsible departments.
- Efficiency improvement, process optimization, import related improvement tooling and automation equipment.
