PROCESS ENGINEER

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Collaborating with a team of engineers to design, prototype, test, and plan the production process for boat manufacturing.
• Conducting research and experiments around boat-building processes and manufacturing, from raw materials to finished products.
• Designing, running, and optimizing the boat-building process for high-quality hydrofoil boat products.
• Developing, configuring, and optimizing industrial processes from inception through to start-up and certification for cost and time efficiency.
• Developing best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve. product quality and providing process documentation and operating instructions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• Proficient in using various manufacturing processes such as CNC machining, fabrication, part finishing, and process simulations.
• Knowledge and/or previous experience of process engineering software.
• Having the ability to use CAD/CAM is a plus.
• Experience in composite manufacturing processes is a plus.
• Swimming skills are required.
• Highly motivated, strong team player, with a good ability to multi-tasknand re-prioritize as necessary.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
• Flexibility to travel to workshops in Salatiga or Semarang, and test sites across Java and Bali.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Salatiga.
