1. Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable, professional, and responsible Private Driver to provide safe, comfortable, and efficient transportation services for the company's management, executives, and assigned individuals.
The ideal candidate must have excellent driving skills, a good understanding of road conditions and routes in Bali, and a strong commitment to punctuality, safety, and confidentiality.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, comfortable, and timely transportation for company management and assigned individuals.
- Drive company or assigned vehicles responsibly and comply with all traffic regulations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and overall condition of the assigned vehicle, both interior and exterior.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections, including checking fuel, tires, engine oil, brakes, and other essential components.
- Ensure the vehicle is always clean, well-maintained, and ready for use.
- Plan and determine the most efficient routes based on traffic conditions and assigned schedules.
- Assist with luggage, personal belongings, and other reasonable transportation-related requests.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding the management's personal and business activities.
- Report any vehicle damage, technical issues, accidents, or maintenance requirements promptly.
- Maintain a professional, polite, and service-oriented attitude at all times.
- Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays when required.
- Perform other transportation-related duties as assigned by management.
3. Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Possess a valid Indonesian driving licence (SIM A).
- Have at least 2 years of experience as a private driver, personal driver, or executive driver.
- Have a good knowledge of roads, routes, and locations throughout Bali.
- Demonstrate excellent driving skills and a strong understanding of traffic regulations.
- Be punctual, disciplined, honest, responsible, and trustworthy.
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to follow instructions and adapt to changing schedules.
- Be willing to work flexible hours when required.
- Have a clean driving record and a strong commitment to passenger safety.
