We are looking for a Principal Designer to lead the creative direction of our architecture and interior projects at Pangkat Dua. This role is not just about design execution. You will shape design vision, drive team performance, and ensure every concept is both impactful and buildable.
What you’ll do:
- Lead design direction from pitch, concept, to execution
- Develop strong, feasible and buildable design solutions
- Present and confidently defend design ideas to clients (EN & ID)
- Ensure alignment between design, budget, quality, and site conditions
- Review, refine, and elevate team design outputs
- Collaborate closely with PM, Site, Estimator, Procurement, and Clients
- Maintain and enforce design quality and company standards
What we’re looking for:
- S1 in Architecture, Interior Design, or related
- Min. 5 years in architecture/interior projects
- Proven experience in leading design teams
- Strong portfolio with built project experience
- Solid understanding of construction & detailing
- Clear, confident communication & presentation skills
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Strategic thinker with strong design sense
