We are starting our new headhunting & recruitment unit to better serve our technology clients. We are looking for like-minded individuals who are passionate about supporting people in realising their true potential through rewarding careers. We are looking for experienced individuals to join our ranks of Partner, Principle Consultant, Senior Consultant & Associate Consultant.

In your role, you’ll be responsible for the sourcing and screening of eligible candidates as well as make contract/permanent placements for industry/function-specified job profiles. Through collaboration and knowledge-sharing, you’ll develop and manage a defined candidate database and high-quality talent recruitment services to our clients and candidates.
Responsibilities
- Co-create a client and candidate development strategy with direct reports to support the achievement of personal sales targets.
- Drive robust sales and marketing activities to develop our business with existing and new clients.
- Establish and maintain high-trust relationships with clients through in-depth industry and employment market intelligence.
- Keep pace of and analyse market and sector trends to support clients’ human capital development.
Qualifications
- Degree in any discipline
- Min 4 years in a 360-recruitment environment or strong IT background
- Self-motivated individual who are goals- or result-oriented
- Collaborative, engaging and innovative
- Has a lifelong learning attitude and curious about the elements impacting the local labour market
- Exceptional at creating opportunities and influencing outcomes
- Commercially- and digitally-savvy
- Excited to build a meaningful career in the talent placement industry
