We are seeking a passionate and experienced Part-time Primary Tutor - English, Math & Science to join our team at Hexxa Academy in the heart of Jakarta Pusat, Jakarta Raya. As a Tutor, you will play a crucial role in supporting and guiding our primary school students, helping them excel in the key subjects of English and Science.
What you'll be doing
- Delivering engaging and effective lessons in English and Science to primary school students
- Providing individualised support and guidance to help students overcome challenges and reach their full potential
- Developing and implementing innovative teaching strategies to capture the students' interest and enhance their learning experience
- Monitoring student progress, providing regular feedback, and adjusting lesson plans accordingly
- Collaborating with the wider education team to ensure a cohesive and enriching learning environment
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to student progress and performance
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Math, Science or a related field
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a primary school tutor or teacher, preferably in English, Math & Science
- Strong knowledge of the primary school curriculum and proficiency in teaching English, Math & Science subjects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with and inspire students
- Demonstrated creativity and problem-solving skills to adapt to different learning styles and needs
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed
- Willing to teach through private home visits in the Jatibening, Bekasi.
