We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and inspiring Primary English Teacher to join our learning community.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in English Education, English Literature, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience at the Primary level (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Minimum English proficiency of CEFR C1 (TOEFL, IELTS, TOEIC, or equivalent certification is an advantage).
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian National Curriculum. Experience with the Cambridge or IB Curriculum is an advantage.
- Able to design and deliver engaging, student-centered learning experiences.
- Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in integrating technology into teaching and learning.
- Passionate about children's academic, social, and emotional development.
- Able to work collaboratively in a multicultural and professional school environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons for Primary students.
- Assess, monitor, and report students' academic progress.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
- Foster students' confidence and communication skills in English.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leaders to support student learning and well-being.
- Participate actively in school events, professional development programs, and other school activities.
