At Mutiara Harapan Islamic School, we believe that mathematics builds strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills from an early age. We are looking for a passionate Primary Mathematics Teacher who can make numbers meaningful, engaging, and enjoyable for young learners.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics Education, Primary Education (PGSD), or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience teaching Mathematics at primary level
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Experience teaching Cambridge Curriculum is an advantage
- Strong understanding of numeracy, problem-solving, and mathematical concepts
- Creative teaching approach using hands-on activities and real-life applications
- Strong classroom management and assessment skills
- Able to integrate Islamic values into daily teaching and learning
- Available to join in July 2026
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and deliver engaging mathematics lessons aligned with the curriculum
- Develop students’ numeracy, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Use varied teaching strategies to support different learning styles
- Monitor and assess students’ learning progress
- Create a positive and structured classroom environment
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and communicate with parents
