Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with state standards and school philosophy.
- Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment that celebrates diversity and promotes positive behavior.
- Monitor student progress through assessments and provide individualized support.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support student success.
- Ability to deliver lessons related to ICT.
- Integrate technology thoughtfully to enhance instruction.
- Maintain open communication with families via conferences, newsletters, and digital platforms.
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- *Experience:*
- Minimum 2-3 years teaching as ICT teacher for grades 1-6
- Proven ability to design creative curriculum and manage classroom dynamics.
Skills & Qualities:
- Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for working with young children.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of child development principles and inclusive practices.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving student and school needs.
- Physical stamina to engage actively with children.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fluent In English
- Familiarity with ICT software (Microsoft Office Word Excel Access, Coding - Scratch program).
