The Primary Class Teacher at NIBIIS Integrated Islamic Primary School is responsible for delivering engaging, student-centered learning experiences that integrate academic excellence with Islamic values, using inquiry-based approaches and differentiated instruction to meet diverse student needs. The teacher fosters a safe, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment while supporting students’ holistic development—spiritually, academically, socially, and emotionally—through effective teaching, assessment, and character building. Additionally, the teacher monitors student progress, communicates regularly with parents, collaborates with colleagues in planning and school programs, and actively contributes to maintaining a positive Islamic school culture.
