Werkudara Group is looking for a Pricing & Costing Staff who can manage cost calculations, source vendors, and prepare competitive quotations for our tour and event projects. If you enjoy working with numbers, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring every detail is well calculated, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Cost Calculation & Vendor Sourcing: Calculate tour and event costs, including vendor services, transportation, accommodation, meals, and other operational requirements.
- Planning & Checklist Management: Prepare detailed checklists of tour and event requirements to ensure all preparations are complete and well organized.
- Quotation Preparation: Develop accurate and competitive quotations based on cost calculations, selling prices, and target profit margins.
- Data Management & Coordination: Maintain accurate cost data, analyze pricing information, and coordinate effectively with internal teams and vendors.

Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in pricing, costing, or vendor sourcing, preferably in the event, MICE, or tour industry.
- Experience working in an event organizer or tour operator company is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, PivotTables, and data processing.
- Able to process, analyze, and verify large volumes of data with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, proactive, and comfortable working with tight deadlines.
- Flexible and willing to work on weekends when required by project schedules.
- Creative in finding cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality standards.
