Preschool Teacher
We are seeking a caring, patient, and creative Preschool Teacher to support young learners in their early childhood development. The successful candidate is expected to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment that promotes children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth.
Job Description
1. Learning Planning and Implementation: Planning and delivering age-appropriate learning activities in accordance with the Preschool curriculum and children’s developmental stages.
2. Early Childhood Instruction: Introducing early literacy, numeracy, motor skills, and social development through play-based and interactive learning approaches.
3. Child Development Support: Observing and supporting children’s social, emotional, and behavioural development in a positive and nurturing manner.
4. Classroom Management: Maintaining a safe, structured, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and independence.
5. Assessment and Documentation: Monitoring and documenting children’s progress and development, and preparing student development reports.
6. Parent Communication: Communicating regularly with parents regarding children’s progress, wellbeing, and developmental milestones.
7. Collaboration: Working collaboratively with fellow teachers and school staff to support holistic child development.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (PAUD), Education, psychology or a related field
• Experience teaching at Preschool level is an advantage
• Strong understanding of child development and play-based learning
• Patient, caring, and creative personality
• Good communication and classroom management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a professional educational team
