Job Description:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Kindergarten 2 (K2) students (ages 5–6)
- Prepare students for primary school readiness (reading, writing, and basic numeracy)
- Create a positive, nurturing, and structured classroom environment
- Monitor and assess students’ development and progress
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and classroom activities
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding students’ progress
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff
- Participate in school events, performances, and activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience teaching preschool/K2 level
- Strong command of English (spoken and written)
- Passionate about working with young children
- Patient, caring, and responsible
- Good classroom management skills
- Able to work in a team environment
- Willing to be based in West Jakarta
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in international or bilingual preschool
- Familiar with phonics, early literacy, and numeracy programs
- Good communication skills with parents
