Preschool Teacher

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Montessori certification is compulsory.
2. Candidates holding a recognised Montessori certification (AMI, AMS, MIA, or equivalent) will be given priority.
3. Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in a Montesorri setting is preferred.
4. Able to teach and communicate confidently in English throughout the school day.
5. Passionate about early childhood education and committed to creating meaningful learning experiences.
6. Patient, nurturing, energetic, and genuinely enjoys working with young children.
7. Strong classroom management, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
8. Willing to learn, collaborate, and contribute positively to a growing educational team.
9. Available to work full-time and willing to work on-site at Northridge Business Center, BSD, Tangerang Selatan.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan and deliver engaging, child-centred lessons based on the Montessori and Grow in TAG's curriculum.
2. Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that supports each child's holistic development.
3. Conduct all lessons and daily classroom interactions confidently in English.
4. Foster children's cognitive, language, social-emotional, physical, and practical life skills through purposeful learning experiences.
5. Observe, assess, and document each child's progress, providing timely feedback to parents and the academic team.
6. Prepare and maintain an organised, attractive, and developmentally appropriate learning environment.
7. Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and professionalism.
8. Participate actively in school events, meetings, curriculum planning, and professional development programmes.
9. Uphold Grow in TAG's standards of excellence, safeguarding, and classroom management at all times.
