Job Description :
Identify and engage prospective families through various channels.
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective families to ensure enrollment targets are met.
Conduct tours, open houses, and provide program information.
Assist families with the enrollment process.
Build long-term relationships to encourage referrals.
Collaborate with marketing and teaching teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology or related fields.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a preschool teacher or in early childhood education.
Experience teaching with Finland, IB, Reggio Emilia approach (hands on activity).
Strong English communication skills.
Strong understanding of child development and learning strategies.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Creative and adaptable in designing activities.
Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff.
Passionate about working with young children.
Patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic.
Open to ongoing training and professional development.
Willing to work on weekends for school events or scheduled activities
