Job Summary
We are seeking a caring, patient, and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in creating a nurturing, structured, and stimulating learning environment that supports their growth across all developmental areas, while maintaining consistent, high-quality teaching practices aligned with the school’s curriculum and values.
Key Responsibilities
1. Curriculum Planning and Implementation
- Develop and implement weekly and term-based lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum
- Deliver age-appropriate learning activities that support cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
- Integrate play-based and inquiry-based approaches into classroom practice
2. Classroom Management
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
- Establish clear routines and behavioral expectations
- Apply positive behavior management strategies to guide children’s behavior and interactions
3. Student Development and Assessment
- Observe, assess, and document students’ progress regularly
- Maintain accurate student records, portfolios, and reports
- Identify developmental needs and provide appropriate support
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in a preschool setting (preferred)
- Strong understanding of early childhood development principles
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to create and maintain a calm, structured, and engaging learning environment
- Candidates currently residing in Bali are preferred
