Requirements
* Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Early Childhood Education, Education, Psychology, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
* Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices for children aged 2–6 years.
* *Demonstrates a solid understanding of Christian education philosophy and is able to integrate Biblical values and a Christ-centered worldview into school leadership, curriculum, and daily school culture.*
* Has a personal commitment to Christian values and serves as a positive role model in character, integrity, and servant leadership.
* Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with children, parents, teachers, and stakeholders.
* Ability to recruit, mentor, coach, and evaluate teachers to achieve high educational standards.
* Knowledge of curriculum planning, lesson observation, assessment, and continuous school improvement.
* Experience implementing international or inquiry-based curricula (IPC, IEYC, EYFS, Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or similar) is an advantage.
* Strong understanding of child safeguarding, health, safety, and licensing requirements.
* Able to develop positive relationships and partnerships with parents and the wider community.
* Competent in budgeting, administration, and operational management.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and educational technology platforms.
* Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Additional languages are an advantage.
* Passionate about lifelong learning, professional development, and educational innovation.
* Demonstrates initiative, accountability, resilience, and a growth mindset.
* Willing to support school events, teacher development, and community outreach activities beyond regular school hours when required.
