Yayasan Kreasi Penerus Asa is a growing preschool organization founded in Jakarta, committed to providing high-quality early childhood education that nurtures creativity, curiosity, and character.
Following the success of our first school in Jakarta, we are now expanding and opening a new branch in Batam. We are seeking a collaborative and inspiring Principal to lead this new school and bring our educational vision to life.
As the Preschool Principal, you will play a key role in shaping the school's culture, guiding teachers, and ensuring that every child experiences the joy of learning in a nurturing and stimulating environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide strong academic and operational leadership to ensure high-quality learning experiences.
2. Manage and guide teachers in lesson planning, classroom management, and professional development.
3. Build a positive, collaborative, and inclusive school culture among teachers, staff, students, and families.
4. Oversee daily school operations including curriculum implementation, enrollment, and parent communication.
5. Lead and manage new school projects, ensuring smooth establishment of the Batam branch.
6. Monitor educational standards, assess program effectiveness, and introduce innovations that support holistic child growth.
7. Represent the school in communications with parents, the community, and educational partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) or higher in Early Childhood Education, Education, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Early Childhood Education or School Management.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written).
- Passionate about Early Childhood Education and continuous learning.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Open-minded, innovative, and able to adapt in a dynamic environment.
