Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mandarin, Chinese Language Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
- Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin.
- Has a genuine passion for working with young children (ages 2–6).
- Has experience teaching Mandarin to preschool or early childhood students (preferred).
- Able to create fun, interactive, and age-appropriate Mandarin learning activities through songs, games, storytelling, and hands-on experiences.
- Understands young children's developmental stages and learning needs.
- Creative, patient, enthusiastic, and nurturing.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a teaching team.
- Committed to creating a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
