Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with the preschool curriculum.
2. Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment that supports children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
3. Observe, assess, and document children’s progress and development regularly.
4. Encourage positive behavior, independence, and good manners through consistent classroom management.
5. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children’s development, progress, and any concerns.
6. Prepare learning materials, activities, and classroom displays.
7. Support children’s emotional well-being and help resolve conflicts in a positive manner.
8. Ensure children’s safety, health, and hygiene at all times.
9. Participate in staff meetings, trainings, school events, and professional development activities.
10. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements & Qualifications:
a. Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
b. Experience teaching preschool or early childhood students is preferred.
c. Strong understanding of early childhood development.
d. Patient, caring, creative, and enthusiastic personality.
e. Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
f. Ability to work well in a team and independently.
