Toddler / Preschool Lead Teacher
Placement: South Jakarta (Cilandak) / West Jakarta (Greenville)
Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Lead Teacher who is confident in teaching in English and capable of independently managing a toddler or preschool classroom.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons using Montessori and the National Curriculum.
- Lead daily classroom activities in English.
- Manage classroom routines and create a safe, engaging learning environment.
- Guide and coordinate with co-teachers.
- Observe and report children's learning progress.
- Prepare lesson plans and communicate effectively with parents.
Qualifications:
- Male/female, preferably 24–35 years old.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Education, English Literature, Communication, Psychology, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience preferred.
- Fluent in spoken and written English (mandatory).
- Good classroom management and communication skills.
- Patient, creative, responsible, and passionate about early childhood education.
- Montessori experience is an advantage.
- Willing to work in South Jakarta or West Jakarta.
