Junior Presales Staff
Job Description
Junior Presales Staff is responsible for bridging the Sales and Technical teams to ensure customer needs are properly understood, analyzed, and translated into the right technical solution.
This role supports the presales process from customer requirement gathering, site survey coordination, solution planning, project follow-up, and internal coordination until the service implementation process runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Understand and analyze customer needs from both business and technical perspectives.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Technical teams to prepare suitable service solutions.
- Support site survey, mapping, project planning, and implementation coordination.
- Monitor project progress, timeline, and follow-up items with related teams.
- Prepare basic technical documentation, reports, and project updates.
- Ensure clear communication between Sales, Technical, and other internal stakeholders.
- Help identify potential risks or obstacles during the presales and implementation process.
Qualifications
- Minimum SMK TKJ, D3/S1 degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering, Management, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Having basic knowledge of networking, internet services, or telecommunication is preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage follow-up tasks.
- Able to work with multiple teams and handle project coordination.
- Interested in technology, internet infrastructure, and project management.
- Willing to be placed in Karawang.
