Solution Architect / Presales
Job Description
- Develop standardized solution packages based on different customer segments, including nursing homes, senior living facilities, daycare centers, home care providers, hospitals, and government institutions.
- Develop Product Matrices and Feature Playbooks for the Marketing and Sales teams.
- Support the Marketing Manager in B2B and C-level client meetings.
- Conduct technical discovery and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Act as a technical advisor to clients and recommend solutions based on their budget, infrastructure, and operational requirements.
- Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, and technical assessments of prospective clients.
- Prepare technical proposals, system architecture diagrams, and Scope of Work (SoW) documents.
- Translate client requirements and pain points into structured product feedback for the Product/PM team.
- Work closely with the Product team to ensure solutions and features meet actual market needs.
- Lead Proof of Concept (PoC) and pilot projects for new clients.
- Support client onboarding and initial implementation.
- Prepare technical onboarding guides and documentation for client operational staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in **Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field**.
- Minimum **3 years of experience** in Solution Architecture, Presales, IT Consulting, or a related field.
- Experience in **B2B SaaS presales or IT consulting** is preferred.
- Strong technical writing skills, particularly in preparing **SoW, technical proposals, API documentation, and solution architecture documents**.
- Understanding of **API, webhooks, cloud infrastructure, and system integration**.
- Understanding of medical devices and/or IoT integration is preferred.
- Strong requirements-gathering and technical assessment skills.
- Able to conduct product demonstrations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to bridge business requirements, client needs, and technical solutions.
- Strong consultative selling approach.
- Fluent in English.
