Deskripsi pekerjaan PRESALES ENGINEER – DATA CENTER INFRASTRUCTURE PT Visindo Prima Nusantara
RESPONSIBILITY
• Gathering information from customer to identify customer’s needs
• Analyzing, developing, and proposing technical solutions (technology and equipments)
• Making design, bill of material, scope of works, schedule and proposal
• Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and Proof of Concept (POC) to clients.
• Provide pre-sales technical consultation and act as the key technical liaison between customers and internal teams.
• Coordinating with external parties (vendors, principals, distributors) to obtain required information (price, demo equipment, technical specifications) to provide technical solutions
• Coordinating with other department to provide required information before the project begin
REQUIREMENT
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology / Computer Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Data Center, Infrastructure solution design, and pre-sales support.
• Experience with major vendors such as Dell Server & Dell EMC Storage (Server Gen 14 – 17, Unity Storage & Powerstore Storage)
• Experience with DSC/OSC for configuration Server & Storage
• Familiarity with operating system such VMware, Redhat, Windows Server
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Mandarin is an advantage).
• Strong analytical, documentation, and teamwork abilities.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
