PT Indotech Diginovasi Solutama (INDITAMA) is an Enterprise IT System Integrator focused on delivering secure, scalable, and reliable technology solutions. We help organizations accelerate their digital transformation through Network Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Data Center, Virtualization, and Managed IT Services.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Presales & Solution Consultant who is passionate about technology, customer success, and designing enterprise-class solutions.

As a Presales & Solution Consultant, you will become the trusted technical advisor for our customers and sales team. You will transform business challenges into practical technology solutions, develop winning proposals, and support enterprise projects from opportunity qualification through solution design and handover to the delivery team.

Responsiblities:

Solution Consulting
1. Understand customer business objectives and technical requirements.
2. Conduct discovery sessions, workshops, and technical assessments.
3. Recommend best-fit technology solutions based on customer needs and industry best practices.
4. Build trusted relationships with customers as a technical consultant.

Solution Design
5. Design Enterprise Network Infrastructure solutions.
6. Design Cybersecurity architectures and security frameworks.
7. Design Data Center, Virtualization, Cloud, and Managed Service solutions.
8. Prepare High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), architecture diagrams, and implementation approaches.

Proposal Development
9. Develop technical proposals and solution presentations.
10. Prepare Scope of Work (SOW), Bill of Quantity (BoQ), and Bill of Materials (BoM).
11. Collaborate with vendors to obtain quotations and validate solution designs.
12. Ensure solution accuracy, competitiveness, and profitability.

Customer Engagement
13. Deliver technical presentations and solution demonstrations.
14. Participate in Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI) responses.
15. Support Proof of Concept (PoC), technical workshops, and solution validation.
16. Present solutions confidently to IT Managers, Infrastructure Managers, CIOs, and executive stakeholders.

Collaboration
17. Work closely with Sales, Project Managers, and Post-Sales Engineers.
18. Coordinate with technology partners and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
19. Support knowledge sharing and mentor junior technical team members.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, or Solution Architecture within an IT System Integrator, IT Consulting, or Technology Vendor.
3. Strong understanding of Enterprise IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity solutions.
4. Experience designing enterprise solutions for medium to large organizations.
5. Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and able to communicate effectively in English.
