TropiKidz Academy is looking for an experienced and passionate Preschool Teacher who is dedicated to supporting young children's growth and development. The ideal candidate is creative, nurturing, and able to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities and classroom experiences.
- Support children's cognitive, social, emotional, language, and motor development.
- Encourage exploration, creativity, and curiosity through engaging and meaningful learning experiences.
- Prepare daily and weekly lesson plans in accordance with the school's curriculum and educational approach.
- Develop and organize learning materials and activities that support children's development.
- Observe, document, and assess children's progress across developmental areas.
- Prepare and communicate children's progress reports to parents on a regular basis.
- Build warm, respectful, and nurturing relationships with children.
- Maintain effective communication with parents regarding children's daily activities and development.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create a harmonious and high-quality learning environment.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, English Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience as a Preschool Teacher, Kindergarten Teacher, or similar role.
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Excellent writing skills for lesson planning, observations, assessments, and progress reports.
- Passionate about early childhood education and child development.
- Creative, patient, caring, and highly responsible.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills.
- Willing to participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.
