About the role
Bigs Mom is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Daycare & Preschool Teacher to join our team in Green Lake City, West Jakarta. This is a full time role, offering the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children through engaging and nurturing education.
Job description
Plan, prepare and deliver lessons and activities aligned with school curriculum
Creating a safe, caring, and inclusive learning environment
Observe and assess children's progress, and provide individualised support to help them reach their full potential
Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure a consistent approach to each child's education and wellbeing
Actively involve in staff meetings, training, and professional development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or related field
- Previous teaching experience with early learners is preferred
- Basic English communication skills
- Strong understanding of child development, learning strategies, and classroom managements skills
- Capable of collaborating effectively with teachers and staff
- Available to join max July 2026
- Willing to work at Green Lake City, Jakarta Barat
