Job Overview
We are looking for a System Analyst / Pre-Sales Engineer who can bridge business needs, solution architecture, and Google Cloud technologies.
This role focuses on consultative pre-sales activities, including requirement analysis, solution design, and building Proof of Concept (POC)—especially for AI/ML and data-driven use cases.
You will work closely with Sales and Engineering teams to deliver practical, scalable, and value-driven solutions for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct requirement gathering & discovery sessions with clients
- Translate business needs into solution architecture & proposals
- Deliver technical & business presentations (value-driven)
- Design high-level architecture using Google Cloud Platform
- Build POC / demo solutions, including AI or data use cases
- Support Sales during pre-sales cycle (solutioning & clarification)
- Prepare SOW, basic cost estimation, and solution documentation
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, and discussions (English required)
- Collaborate with delivery team to ensure solution alignment
- Stay updated on GCP services such as:
- BigQuery
- Vertex AI
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT / Computer Science / related field
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in:
- System Analyst / Pre-Sales / Technical Consultant
- Experience in client-facing (B2B / enterprise)
- Understanding of:
- Cloud architecture fundamentals
- Basic to intermediate Google Cloud Platform
- Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Strong analytical thinking & problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate: Business requirement → Technical solution → Business value
Nice to Have
- Exposure to:
- Vertex AI
- AI / chatbot / automation / analytics use cases
- Experience in:
- System Integrator / Managed Services company
- Understanding of:
- Cloud migration / data platform / analytics
- Google Cloud certification (Associate / Professional)
