Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Internet Service Provider (ISP) industry.
- Good understanding of customer business processes and project business cases with a business-oriented mindset.
- Experienced in RFP, tender/proposal preparation, and presentation.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented, target-driven, proactive, and hardworking.
- Strong teamwork and professional presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Strong English proficiency, both spoken and written.
- Good medical record
Job Descriptions :
- Understand and determine the client's technical requirements and provide them with solutions tailored to their specific needs.
- Suggest appropriate and effective solutions based on the clients' identified technical needs.
- Plan sales strategies in response to market and competitors’ behavior.
- Build lasting relationships with customers.
- Delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients.
- Helping the sales team to reach targets.
- Prepare sales proposals and train other sales representatives from time to time
- Working closely with Sales to ensure the successful closure of the sales process.
- Pre- and Post-Sales support for products including design, technical advice, and point of contact.
- Build custom demonstrations and deliver Proof of Concepts (POC) to customers.
