Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Technic/Engineering Electrical (Prefer)
- Fresh graduate or experience in Pre-Sales or technical sales, preferably in electrical systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), PLC and AutoCAD (2D/3D)
- Communication skills in English is a plus
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated
- Strong ability in solution-based selling and customer relationship management
- Familiarity with electrical standards, industrial project workflows, and technical documentation is a plus
Job Description
- Attend client site visits when necessary to gather technical requirements or assist in solution implementation
- Conduct product presentations and technical meetings with stakeholders to ensure product understanding and alignment
- Create and present technical proposals, drawings (AutoCAD 2D/3D), and product solutions that meet customer requirements
- Follow up regularly with existing and prospective clients to maintain strong relationships and drive sales conversion
- Keep up to date with industry trends, product developments, and competitors
- Prepare accurate quotations, technical specifications, and documentation for tender or proposal submissions
- Provide technical support and consultation to the sales team and customers, electrical product recommendations and system design
- Work closely with the project and sales teams to ensure solutions are feasible and aligned with client expectations and budget
