Skyworx Indonesia is seeking talented The Pre-Sales Consultant partners with the Sales team to identify customer needs, propose suitable software solutions, and deliver product presentations throughout the sales cycle. This role serves as the bridge between clients, Sales, Product, and Delivery teams, with a focus on providing technology solutions for the banking industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client business needs and recommend appropriate software solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and Proof of Concept (PoC).
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into solution proposals.
- Support Sales in responding to RFP, RFI, and RFQ documents.
- Collaborate with Product, Business Analyst, and Technical teams to design client solutions.
- Provide banking domain expertise and advise on digital transformation initiatives.
- Stay updated on banking industry trends, regulations, and technology developments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Experience 1-2 years of experience as a Pre-Sales Consultant, Solution Consultant, Sales/Marketing or similar role.
- Previous experience in the banking industry is required; experience in a Software House or IT Consulting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of software products, business processes, and digital banking solutions.
- Familiarity with enterprise software, system integration, APIs, and SDLC.
- Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience handling RFP/RFI/RFQ and conducting client presentations is an advantage.
