Deskripsi pekerjaan Pre-press Technician PT Graphic Packaging International Indonesia
Key Responsibilities:
- Workflow Management: Manage and execute complete prepress workflows, including GTP creation, proof generation, and artwork retouching.
- Digital File Preparation: Prepare digital file formatting, step-and-repeat layouts, and support daily shift operations such as blanket plotting.
- Quality Control (QC): Ensure all production-ready files strictly meet printing machine capabilities and customer color targets.
- Operational Continuity: Maintain smooth operations to deliver files accurately on schedule and prevent bottlenecks in job releases.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Graphic Design, Printing Technology/Graphic Arts, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 - 2 year experience in the printing/packaging industry, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Esko, or ArtPro. Proven experience as a Prepress Technician or Designer within the printing or packaging industry is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in prepress software and design tools, specifically Adobe Creative Suite, Esko, or ArtPro.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of layout design, step-and-repeat preparation, color management, and proofing processes.
- Work Ethic: Detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently under high-volume workloads and tight production schedules.
- Soft Skills: Good communication and problem-solving skills to support smooth shift transitions and team operations.
